What are your cabinet doors made of?

Our doors come a few ways. Paint grade doors may be made from all MDF or a mix of MDF and solid wood. MDF center panel won't expand and contract like solid wood does so you won't get any cracking or "haloing" of the center panel like a solid wood panel. Same goes for the doors stiles and rails. Doors made from MDF will not split at the joints. Our stain grade doors are made from 100% solid wood or solid wood and veneer center panels depending on style.

Where are your cabinets made?

As with all cabinetry, parts come from all over. Our cabinets are assembled in the United States.

Do you install cabinets?

Due to our customers being all over the United States we do not offer installation at this time.

I had a cabinet arrive damaged. What do I do?

Sorry to hear that but it happens. You can place a Warranty Replacement Request. See the terms at our website under our Replacement page.

You offer “free design help”, does that mean I can request unlimited free designs?

Yes and no. We’re always happy to help new and loyal customers. Since this requires an investment on our end at no cost to you, we reserve the right to limit the amount of designs per customer. If you’ve previously ordered cabinets from us, we’ll be more than happy to help on your next project. It never hurts to ask, but new and loyal customers always come first.
